Mr. LeBlanc started his career at Co-op Atlantic in 1978. Throughout the years, he held executive positions within various departments such as corporate planning, organizational relations, personnel planning and development, and human resources. In 2000, he was promoted to the position of Vice-President of Human Resources and General Operations, and Executive Director, which he currently holds. Mr. LeBlanc has also worked as a consultant for cooperatives in Congo, West Africa, and in the Northwest Territories. He has a bachelor and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Université de Moncton, where he was a lecturer for numerous years. Mr. LeBlanc has a vast knowledge and a considerable experience in the fields of human relations, cooperative development, and general corporate development. He was part of the board of directors of the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Dieppe for five years and president of this organization for a period of four years, up until 2009.
