TRADE MISSION TO FRANCE

ITECH'MER TRADE SHOW IN LORIENT
OCTOBRE 27 TO 29, 2011

The French Chamber of Commerce in Canada – Atlantic Network is organizing a multi-sector business development mission to Lorient (France) in October 2011. The delegation will be comprised of 3 to 5 businesses which will be accompanied by the French Chamber of Commerce in Canada – Atlantic Network in order to participate to the 9^thannual ITECH’MER trade show in Lorient, Brittany. ITECHMER is the major all encompassing trade show specialized in the Sea industry: from fishing techniques to transformation and packaging, engineering, ship building as well as safety. The ITECH’MER trade show will be held from October 27 to 29, 2011.

Although the trade show specializes in the sea industry, this commercial trade mission will benefit other sectors for which custom-made agendas will be prepared. The meetings will be organized in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morbihan.

REGISTRATION FORM

The French Chamber of Commerce in Canada – Atlantic Network offers the following services:

• Pre-mission briefing
• Transportation in France (bus)
• Registration at Itech'Mer Trade Show
• Meeting space
• “Matchmaking” services
  • Minimum of 4 meetings
  • Meeting preparation (profiles, objectives, expectations) in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Morbihan
  • Accompaniment available for meetings if needed
  • Interpretation Services
• Networking Reception with business partners and other chamber of Commerce members
• Post mission de-briefing

Cost per company is $750 CAD

Please note that the following costs are the responsibility of the participating companies:

• Return flights to Paris
• Accommodations
• Meals
• Personal expenses

Please note that the Government of New Brunswick through its Trade Assistance Program (TAP) offers financial support to eligible businesses. For all other provinces, we suggest you to contact the Economical Development Offices of your region.
